At JP: Ocean Crew, privacy isn't an afterthought — it's the default course we sail. The game was built to run entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, full stop. The sections below spell out exactly what that means.
We collect nothing. JP: Ocean Crew has no account system, no login, and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location, and we gather no analytics, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking of any kind. Everything the game needs to run — your high scores, current progress, and preferences such as sound, haptics, and language — is created and kept only on your own device.
Because we collect no information, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, or sell. Your gameplay never leaves your phone. Every feature — scoring, progression, difficulty scaling, and settings — runs locally, on-device, without sending a single byte to us or to anyone else.
All game data is held locally on your device using your operating system's standard on-device storage. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud, synced to a server, or backed up to systems we control. We run no servers that receive your gameplay information, because there is simply nothing to receive.
JP: Ocean Crew contains no third-party analytics, no advertising networks, no trackers, and no embedded marketing SDKs. We share no data with partners because we never hold any data to share. The game runs as a fully self-contained experience.
Keeping data on your device is the simplest and strongest protection there is: information that is never transmitted cannot be intercepted in transit. Your scores and settings stay within your device's own protected storage and are governed by your device's security. We minimize external exposure entirely by design.
JP: Ocean Crew is friendly for players of every age. Since we collect no data from anyone, we collect no data from children — including users under the age of 13 — keeping the app aligned with COPPA principles. There are no profiles to build and nothing personal to gather.
You are always in complete command. Your game data lives on your device and nowhere else. To remove it entirely, simply delete the app — that clears your scores, progress, and preferences from your device. There are no online accounts to close and no remote backups for us to erase, because none exist.
If we ever update this policy, we'll revise the text and change the Effective Date shown at the top of this page. Any future version will keep our core commitment intact: JP: Ocean Crew does not collect, store, or transmit your data.
